Excerpts from composer, Karen Griebling's two new CDs, CRC 3553, the opera "Richard III: A Crown of Roses,  A Crown of Thorns" and CRC 3570 song cycle "Fractal Heart" will be performed by sopranos Stephanie Smittle and Kara Claybrook, trumpeter Larry Jones, and pianist Stefanie Dickinson, along with "Feldmusik, military music from Richard III" and "Bagatelles, court and courtship music from Richard III." CD sales and signing will be available after the performance in Trieschmann Gallery. The event is free, no reservations are necessary, and the public is invited.
